10k Training - Run Better
Running is one of my passions – the sense of freedom, power and wellbeing it offers makes it an absolute necessity in my life.
But while I have an affinity for it, I know that running does not have the same appeal for everyone.
However, I do feel that with a little practice and a smart training plan, everyone can start to enjoy pounding the pavement – yes, even you!
That’s why I want to share my training programme with you.
This plan includes running, of course, but it also offers muscle conditioning, power work, stability training and everything else you need to feel strong and confident when you’re out for a run.
The other great thing about this programme is that it’s useful whether you’re experience or are relatively new to running. No matter what level you’re starting from, this plan will help improve your ability, increase your endurance and boost your speed.
