This is a four week programme designed to give you solid understanding of Pilates as a method of exercise. Each week will provide you with a new set of challenges to take you from a beginner to an advanced level. Repeat the new weekly workout as many times as possible within each week to maximise the results that you can achieve.
Upon completion of the 4 week training programme you will be left with a stronger core, a heightened body awareness, and an overall postural improvement.
