How long have you been in the business?
I have been in the personal training industry for 5 years and with Matt Roberts since May 2015.
What's your fitness philosophy?
Consistency is Key: Diet, Training & Recovery
Tell us about your diet: macros maniac, clean-and-green fiend, protein-pusher?
My diet is based around whole-foods with supplements added to enhance it. Good whole foods & supplements from quality sources.
What does the word "healthy" mean to you?
Healthy for me translates as being in optimum condition inside and out. Health is my wealth.
How do you spend a rest day?
Trying to do as little as possible, spending time with family & friends.
