Meet Shelley Morris
Shelley's training style is both functional and fun. The combination of her positive outlook, patient nature and enthusiastic approach enables her to create dynamic sessions which are suited to the individual needs of her clients.
Shelley was a keen athlete for many years before she became a personal trainer, participating competitively in swimming and sprinting as a young adult. As part of her university degree, she studied anatomy and physiology to gain valuable knowledge of the human body. It was following this that in 2006 that she completed her diploma in personal training and sports massage therapy with Premier Global.
Shelley previously worked for a personal training studio in Middlesex where she increased her understanding of postural issues, injury and fat loss having also taught group training classes for 5 years.
Over the last few years, Shelley has attended many courses to broaden her knowledge including a DNA fit accredited scheme, effective programme and planning with the UKSCA as well as many nutritional seminars.
She has recently decided to compete at the WBFF UK event, a nationwide fitness modelling competition and will draw on her years of nutritional and training experience to give herself the best chance of success.
