Meet Victoria Hilton
Victoria specialises in Pilates, as well as ante and post natal exercise. She teaches a form of dynamic reformer Pilates, as well as traditional matt based Pilates.
She will always ensure that your sessions are tailored with your specific goals in mind; your hard work could be rewarded with increased flexibility, a heightened sense of body awareness and an improvement in fundamental core strength.
On a personal level she enjoys a crossfit style of exercise and Olympic lifts with a weights coach. She has taught Pilates on luxury health camps in the south of France and continues to teach Pilates at specialist studios within central London.
What Victoria offers is hard but fun, and it is the balance of this work ethic which she sticks to that keeps every client determined to achieve results, whether it be via personal training or Pilates.
