About the video
The centre of your body is a crucial factor in your ability to run faster, further and with better technique and control. Developing the strength of your core area provides your body with the stabilising central axis that ensures that all of the power that you put into striding with your legs and swinging your arms is used optimally. Poor core strength leads to poor form and lost energy in your running, you will go slower! This session is the workout that I use to make sure that my core is super-strong and can give me the greatest chance of getting the very best from my running and from all of my workouts generally.
