The fifth HIT training session of Body Blitz and it is raised intensity for maximum results, working all areas of the body. This is the penultimate HIT workout in the programme and it all about pushing you further as we reach the end of week two. High Intensity, dynamic, challenging movements and exercises as part of a short recovery, high volume circuit will work the whole body.
