In the first of three workouts, Caroline Langmead will take you through a beginners level workout to improve your cycling performance. Focusing on your glutes, hamstrings and core. Dumbbells, kettlebells and a step are used in this workout, however the workout can be compleated without the equipment. The workout is split into three tri-sets, working against reps as well as time.
