About the video
Presenting you a 20 minute back rehabilitation program to talk you through the fundamentals of a strong back and core. Over the 20 minutes we demonstrate some beginner exercises to warm up the back, promoting a full flexion and extension movement. We start on the floor slowly talking you through the activation of the pelvic floor and core muscles while promoting a neutral spine and back. Over the course of the 20 minutes a combination of the warm up stretch and strengthening will allow for the fundamentals of a health back to be attained. Upon completion of the 20 minute program that is recommended daily, the back core and powerhouse will be achieved and will allow for the transformation and the commencing of a strong back and core.
No equipment needed. Mat preferable.
