This is the type of training that very few people use in their running training. In the main, that's because the techniques just simply aren't well known outside of the fitness world, but this is a session that will make your body become more explosively stronger, with greater power. The approach to each exercise is designed to help replicate the impact of running on the body, simulating the rapid foot strike that running creates. Using this session as part of my programme you will feel amazingly more "springy" when you run, rather than that feeling of being "flat" on your feet! It's a technique that I discovered from some great experts and have benefited from enormously in my running development, and I want YOU to feel the same gains.

It's a circuit training programme too, so your body is going to get a great workout and burn some calories at the same time!
