About the video

This session is one of my favourites, and is one of the sessions that I thank for keeping me injury free despite my crazy work and training schedule. Stabilising the major joints of the body is so important when you are trying to improve how you run, and actually how you do ANY activity, no matter how intensive!

This session is one that you should do no matter what your goal, because if you want to be physically healthy and retain a fully functioning body, you NEED great stability.

Whilst all workouts play their part in an overall programme, some are absolutely critical to your wellbeing, and this is one of those sessions. We are going to work on developing great functional strength in your body, so we are basically making all of your movements stronger and more stable, making you more physically efficient and less prone to injury or the general negative effects of being sedentary or ageing.
