Strength Training is always seen as the domain of the guys in the gym who look as though they couldn't run down the street if their lives depended on it! But it isn't! Great strength training, for men and women, is all about creating a body that is much stronger and more powerful, but NOT necessarily about getting bigger. Many women have a fear of getting larger by lifting weight, and whilst it's possible to make that happen it is INCREDIBLY hard to do and unless you target that as a training type you simply aren't going to have that problem! THIS session is all about getting stronger, a LOT stronger! Using this session as part of the overall training plan will make you become incredibly quick and stable as a runner or in whatever sport you are trying to play.

Join me as I take you through the session that I use to strengthen my body, using exercises such as Squat's and the Clean and Jerk to rapidly increase your body's strength.

It's a great session, and if you want to get stronger you will, if you want to get leaner you will and if you want to feel great, I promise, you will!
