In the first of three sessions, Greg Miller Burns breaks down the concept of Tempo Training and guides you through a work-out to help you to hit your training goals and look specifically at the lower body with a tempo of 2121.

Spilt Squat
4 sets 10 reps (each leg) 2121 (8 mins)

Lunges
4 sets 10 reps (each leg) 2121 (8 mins)

Squats
4 sets 10 reps 2121 (4 mins)

Uni-lateral Glute Bridge
4 sets 10 reps 2121 (8 mins)
